2pm – BALLOTING COMMENCES

BALLOTING PROCEDURE:

1) All clients will be tagged with a serial number. Before balloting, all clients’ serial number will be placed into a container (e.g. box, glass bowl etc) for CDL officials to BALLOT,
witness by ERA officials in the presence of everybody- the successful applicant will be ushered into the showflat with the agent

2) At 2pm, CDL will commence balloting. If your client’s serial number is drawn, upon entering into showflat, they can EITHER

- Proceed to booking counter to secure their choice unit OR

- View the showflat first then proceed to booking counter once they decide to buy (they will have to rejoin the queue accordingly)
