9am to 12pm – CDL VIP Preview
2pm – BALLOTING COMMENCES
BALLOTING PROCEDURE:
1) All clients will be tagged with a serial number. Before balloting, all clients’ serial number will be placed into a container (e.g. box, glass bowl etc) for CDL officials to BALLOT,
witness by ERA officials in the presence of everybody- the successful applicant will be ushered into the showflat with the agent
2) At 2pm, CDL will commence balloting. If your client’s serial number is drawn, upon entering into showflat, they can EITHER
- Proceed to booking counter to secure their choice unit OR
- View the showflat first then proceed to booking counter once they decide to buy (they will have to rejoin the queue accordingly)
IMPORTANT Documents Needed for Submission
PP Forms (Developer) + Authorisation Letter + Photocopy of NRIC or Passport + Cheque + Agent’s Namecard
For higher chance of securing a unit, it is advisable for the client to choose a few units of their preference as we are unable to confirm the particular units that the Developer intends to launch and availability at this point in time. The authorization form (several units) can be downloaded from the designated link.
NOTE: Submission of cheques DO NOT CONSTITUTE TO CONFIRMATION OF UNIT.
